Hi everyone,
I’ve been baking a lot of brown bread recently so today I baked this with gluten free bread flour and it’s risen really well and I’m looking forward to having some.
I love home baked bread as I know what’s in it I like to add seeds and added pumpkin and sunflower seeds today.
I expect a lot more people have been baking bread during the lockdown with the yeast and flour shortages so please share your home made lockdown creations.
