I still have problems finding my way round this site - probably due to the fact that I use technology but don’t really understand how it works.
I weighed myself today and wanted to report it on/near the weekly weigh in page that someone kindly organises but I can’t find it.
Sad to report I’ve put on 400g this week so I must try harder. I had been doing intermittent fasting this week, ie no breakfast, but I don’t think that’s right for me.
Anyway, onwards and downwards (I hope)
