Dear all,
I had some, extremely 'good' looking, chicken breasts in my fridge, along with a jar of Mahal Spice Tikka Masala sauce, 'Lurking' in my cupboard. I had a read of the instructions, well it was a 'new' sauce, and decided to 'give it' a go. Although it didn't tell me to, I cooked down some onion, before adding them to the sauce. I placed that, on the back 'ring' to gently warm through. At this point I put on some Rice.
Next I chopped the chicken breasts, using scissors- yes literally Cut the chicken up, prior to putting it into my frying pan. I put the heat to maximum, whist 'moving' the contents around, until the chicken started to 'brown'. I then reduced the heat whilst, all the while, keeping a eye on the sauce!
As the chicken began to cook through I, further broke/ cut it up with my egg slice. Once cooked I then added it, to the sauce and stirred it in. (I did, very slightly, 'adjust' the flavours- I added a Tiny Bit of honey and stock.)
I put the rice into my Large sieve, before washing it with boiling water, then Serving the meal. Very Nice (I've been avoiding this word all 'post') too.
I can't remember, quite where the sauce came from, I'm just glad I 'Discovered' it. It's always worth a Look Through, your cupboards, from time to time- you never know what you might Find.
