I looked at some articles about healthy breakfasts and realised bran flakes are very bad for you, so does anybody recommend anything else? :)

Hi Gingerbread if you don't want Bran Flakes there's oats quinoa flakes which are really healthy, I agree that if you eat oats soaked in yoghurt, or kefir over night and have with fruit nuts and seeds of your choice.

Here's a link to our Breakfast Topic. You will see the most amazing porridge and over night oats there. Please see:

You can also have smoothies, no bake fruit and nut bars all very heaslthy and packed with nutrients, so good luck and do let us know how you get on.

Jerry :)

Boiled egg with toast is one of my favourite breakfasts.

I usually have for breakfast two hard boiled eggs and a Greek Yogurt. Lots of protein to keep you not hungry until lunch time and low carbs.. :-)

Sugar level on the high side, although not as high as some other cereals.
