Hi everyone,
Here's a gluten free vegan rhubarb crumble made with ground almonds and gf plain flour for the crumble.
I love sharp fruit like rhubarb and with unsweetened live coconut yoghurt they make a fantastic combination.
This is the first rhubarb I've bought this year and it is grown locally so even better.
We need our healthy treats now we're in lock down so stay safe folks. π
