It's felt like Spring is coming and salads are sign of summer and I for one think and we could all do with something positive to think about.
I baked these in the oven the other day and just gently reheated them in a little olive oil with some new potatoes, when you cook potatoes a second time you greatly reduce their reistant starch, which's good to know. And they cook quicker!
