Hi everyone,
Here's what I had for dinner tonight its vegetable pie with a gram flour crust with sprouts carrots and broccoli filling served with potatoes roasted in their skin with cauliflower and onions in a gravy made with chickpea flour and yeast extract. The pie crust I make with half fat to flour so used 170g gram flour and 85g butter.
I do like a roast and was woken early by gale force winds so felt like a nice comforting evening meal.
