Generally you want to limit inflammatory foods, which would mean limiting heavily processed foods & sugar.
Most people find that they benefit from cutting out Gluten, dairy or soya. I personally suggest cutting out the three for a month to see if it helps, then reintroducing them a different times to see if any symptoms come back.
