Changing a diet can help
I found that was the answer 20 years ago but I got a blood test to see what I was intolerant to.NHS was not interested, they want to keep the cash cows going who are consuming costly drugs. I regained the use of my hand, got rid of arthritis and other problems. Painfree at 75 now, agile. Have been gluten and dairy free, no weight problems.
Thank you for sharing this Marsha. Since it is free, I figure there is nothing to lose in simply trying it. I signed up at their smoothie shred website. The program appears to require giving up caffeine and dairy, so I will savor one final latte today and then begin tomorrow.🥳 I am hoping that having a whole community going through the program together (through their private Facebook group) will make it easier for me to stick with the diet.
Nocciola, good for you. I never liked coffee and had allergies to dairy and haven't had red meat since 1976 so figured I was halfway doing this already. I do have a sweet tooth and sugar is a big issue with health and didn't know that processed oils was an issue. I've been doing the green smoothies for over a year. I still eat chicken once in a while but try to be vegan. My meds have been reduced and I'm active without any pain or inflammation. Good luck I hope it helps.
