A well received party favorite

Guacamole. Locally sorced ingredients all organic. Nothing like being able to locally soure your ingredients .Only a 20 minute drive away is a " permanent "farmers market. Four main ingredients ad a few select spices and it's Guacamole.

My contribution to a pot luck.. Well received and no Leftovers to take home I guess everyone liked it

Thanks for the compliment..The topping in the middle is a bit of the salsa blend left for a " decorative " garnish.

Nothing better than a farmers market for buying fresh ingredients Lazurus, we have one about 20 minutes walk away but unfortunately it's only there once a week! Never miss going there on a Saturday👌
