Here's what I had for dinner tonight its a cauliflower cheese made with local cauliflower new potatoes and onions with frozen garden peas.
The cheese sauce I made a roux with butter gram flour organic milk strong cheddar cheese and grated onion which I then baked the cauliflower in, so this is gluten free.
I love simple meals like this and I love new potatoes this time of year so happy days.

Hi Jerry that's a lovely meal I decided not to buy cheese for a while but in Morrisons the other day saw block of Gloucestershire and nearly halfs gone lol well I've been fancying cheese sandwhiches for supper with crisps as I bought a tiger bread loaf tiger bread is just bread with marmite brushed on you could try that in your gluten home made they brush it on before baking the aroma in the kitchen is amazing lol, windy here now I'm just going to get boiled egg n toast and eat in bed and then up for ten thirty to smash the garden rubbish up now bins have been emptied 😋😁🌞

Lol yes I had to decide on walkers cheese n onion or Smith's plain with the salt bag I don't put the salt in I choose them as easier to digest lol, i also had a cadburys soft caramel hero chocolate I bought 4 boxes from Tesco's mini market big reduced to 2 pound I paid 3 pound for a small one Morrisons, pixie is giving his nana one for Easter I'm having the others lol nice with cocoa on night, were smashing the chip boards up with big heavy sledge hammer we've got all the gear,mam had idea to use large wood frame she put on her fense with the tree bark we found and plastic sqwuirells like a outdoor picture I'll take photo 😁🌞🌝here's the chocs
