Hi everyone,
I went out yesterday afternoon when the rain had eased a little and had a 3 mile walk in the forest it was magical with all the colours of the leaves/foliage so it was well worth it.
I pulled a tendon so have not been going for long walks but I've had a lot to do at home and have kept active and busy anyway. So I really enjoyed it as it's good for the soul getting out in the middle of nature even in the rain. π
Here's a photo of the forest in the rain I took it really close to the front of my house as I walked down the hill to the river to cross into the forest. I think it shows a natural beauty regardless of the weather, I walked up the other side off the valley in the forest so its good for the ticker as its quite steep.
I didn't wear a fitness device but my BMI is 19.8 and my body fat is 17% my cholesterol levels LDL 1.4 HDL 2.8 total 4.2 the previous time it was checked it was 4.4 so I'm quite happy with my overall fitness level.
We had a power cut last night and everything went dark...hence the delay in posting...π
