The importance of a healthy diet with plenty of exercise is obvious and is great for us mentally. The stress and anxiety of being in a pandemic has been shared by all of us in one way or another,
Exercise is a great stress buster so combined with a healthy diet we can get healthier mentally and physically as we have to treat our bodies and minds holistically for ultimate health, I think.
I was glad I went out this morning as it’s got wetter and wetter since. It’s nice seeing the new green leaves coupled with the sound of the birds and the stream it was all very relaxing and one of my favourite haunts.
