The importance of a healthy diet with plenty of exercise is obvious and is great for us mentally. The stress and anxiety of being in a pandemic has been shared by all of us in one way or another,
Exercise is a great stress buster so combined with a healthy diet we can get healthier mentally and physically as we have to treat our bodies and minds holistically for ultimate health, I think.
I was glad I went out this morning as it’s got wetter and wetter since. It’s nice seeing the new green leaves coupled with the sound of the birds and the stream it was all very relaxing and one of my favourite haunts.

Hi Jerry, this is such an inspiring and profound truth post about how we can achieve healthy body and mind through a walk in nature, and a balanced diet. I myself process my thoughts by looking at the trees, the leaves, the birds, all creatures, the sound, the smell, all senses through nature. It brings me serenity for my being. I incorporate mediation and walking as my chakraman. When I walk in silence amongst nature, I can feel so connected to Mother Earth and absorb all the beauty of this universe. By the end of my meditated walk, I always feel as a brand new person. Thank you for raising our awareness and capturing beauty of nature to share with us. 😊🙏

This looks so peaceful and quiet. I'm glad you were able to go and have a walk in the woods this morning before the rain was getting heavier. Very beautiful.
So beautiful. April was dry and windy and I was worried because the earth was so dry. Now we are having so much rain! At times I'm feeling a bit cheated out of my summer having spent so long in lockdown and every day seems to be wet, windy and grey sky's. I know I need to find the beauty in nature, whatever it gives us; so thank you for your post as it has helped me to regain focus 😀

That looks great! I'm glad you enjoyed your walk. I really like to walk in nature and meditate on the ground next to a tree. It's a great feeling to listen to the sounds of birds and feel the wind breeze across my face.
Thank you Kainan I don’t have to sit on the ground as there are fallen trees as a seat. You are right that to absorb ourselves in nature is very therapeutic.
