On a walk with the granddaughter in her buggy today and walked into St Albans Museum cafe.

Question: “Do you do any plant milk lattes?”

Answer: “We do not make any plant milk lattes but we can do soya, almond, coconut or oat milk lattes”

Bless her.

They've been making plant based eggs for years :) for people with egg allergies.

Oh, this was the first time I've heard of it. Have you tried them? Don't think I'd like them?

I have some at home. It wouldn't work like scrambled egg, it's just for baking. The cakes come out a bit denser, but I'm sure there are other things you can do to counteract that, I've only used it a few times.
