Need to start ditching some of this fat now as also doing C25K and a circuit workout 3 days a week on off days. I struggle so much with bad food choices, anyone else in same rubber dinghy?

My advice is to take things one day and one meal at a time where you consciously make an effort to change your eating habits and combined with exercise you should be able too achieve your goal.
