A friend complained same about two years ago. I advised her to use noni. According to her the problem is no more.

Mind set, be with good friends. Pray and worship God. Timely sleep good. Ginger/Pomegranate juice gd for heart.

check BP Also sugar usually.

It could be stress or panic, both can give you those symptoms, but it's always best to have symptoms like that checked out by the doctor. Please try not to worry, but do make an appointment. If you get reassurance from a professional it should do a lot to make the fears go away.

See your GP. It sounds like panic a tacks to me but I am not medically trained.

Why do you think you are dying ? Have you got health issues that you are not addressing or is it a nameless fear ? A doctor can reassure you that there is nothing physically wrong then take it from there to help you deal with why you feel like this.

All the best

Sounds like a classic Panic Attack, the feeling of dread/dying is one of the symptoms...are you taking any tablets that increase heart rate? Or over doing caffeine, I've coffee, tea, power drinks, if not any of these I would pop along to the doctor. Hope you feel better soon.

Sounds like a panic attack, I've had them for years. Sip a glass of cold water, breathe in for 5 seconds hold breath for 5 seconds then breathe out for 5 seconds. Do it for a few minutes and focus on the breathing. They are scary but they won't kill you.

Just think very carefully about what you have been putting into your body. How much of it was natural produce and how much was unnatural. Your body can only work properly if you feed it with natures own food.

Cans, cartons, sachets, ready meals, pills and potions, etc. do not grow on trees or in the ground, therefore they are not NATURAL sources of energy and may be harmful to your particular physiology. Try to eat adequately but as natural as possible for at least a week and let us know how you feel then

it sounds like anxiety but it can be thyroid , you need to tell your doctor , nothing to be ashamed of , could be thyroid !

Dylan B...I had these a lot. They are real and cannot just be stopped with meditation. i believe it is because of too much cortisol production. I still think there is something wrong with the pituitary in the brain. From stress or from genetics. My brother has them too. I started taking a natural stress relief lozenger. Then i researched more and started taking an herb for controlling sugar and cortisol. I got my thryoid under control with diet and nutrition through a program with a dr in Illinois.

I no longer get them. Like someone said above, get your thryoid checked. And if the dr says your thryoid is fine. Dont believe them. Look into healing your thyroid through food cleansing and supplements. That is what I did, and I am not getting these panic attacks anymore. I get occassional heart palps when i eat chocolate. The caffeine gets me.

Your body is sensitive to food, the environment and stress. No pyschologist is going to understand that it is physiological, and not pyschological.

Good luck.
