Think our needs can vary/ evolve throughout our lifespan — particularly if difficulties arise along the way. 😯 . . . Therefore, our dietary/ lifestyle concerns may modify/ evolve along the way? 🤔

As Activity2004 notes, consulting with our physicians 👩‍⚕️ 👨‍⚕️ is practical. Our medics 👨‍⚕️ 👩‍⚕️ can helps us uncover any underlying condition(s) that we may be unaware of . 😳 . . . Once we know of any percolating/ potential issues, we can tailor our diets/ lifestyles accordingly. 👍👍

Oh . . . I think it’s safe (obvious?) to note, many (most?) of the major dietary ‘philosophies’ agree upon routinely eating whole foods grown locally in nutrient rich earth/ soil, in-season, with minimal pesticides, etc. . That confluence of elements generates the best/ most nutritious wholesome foods for our human consumption. 👍👍 (And, of course, avoiding/ minimising the converse 🙃 .)

Avoiding/ minimising routinely ingesting heavily ‘processed’, pre-packaged, excessively sugared/ salted foods lacking nutrients also appears to be a common, agreed-upon point in many (all?) of the dietary ‘philosophies’. 👍👍

There’s an abundance of variety of wholesome foods to healthily sustain human life that suit every palate across the globe 🌍 🌏 🌎 in every region, in every locality … . No one need go hungry nor be nutritionally deprived/ depleted nor be incapable of finding something to please/ satisfy one’s palate 👅 . . . 😋 & satiate our belly🤰 .
