Hi everyone! This is what I had for lunch today on a really nice and warm Summer day. For lunch, I had 6 Falafel Balls, Israeli Salad and Tahini Sauce. I had a bottle of water on the side. Everything was great and I haven't had Falafel Balls in a while, so this was a nice change. Plus, since I didn't want the Pita Bread (this was a gluten free option), it was less carbs. than it could've been for a lunch. Without the bread, it was 40 carbs.. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a picture taken of the meal this time (not enough battery power for the phone). I'll have to try to get a picture next time I get the meal, again, but we'll have to see what happens.
