I’ve been trying to find a really good meal plan for me & my husband for awhile now , id love to find one that I’m not going to get tired of I know I’m going to need some Gluten FREE & non gluten free ideas I have a allergy but my husband doesn’t. Also advice or ideas needed!!! 🤦♀️

Finding A Good meal plan???
A good way to stay interested in your food is to eat a wide range of foods and rotate them so that you are not eating the same kind of protein or vegetables more than once or twice a week.
You can devise a plan with a spreadsheet, just put down the days of the week and list different foods for each day of the week. You could have a gluten-free column for you and a different one for your husband. It is very satisfying to print out a sheet with lots of different colours for each type of food. It will make a great at-a-glance reference for you. It does require some work but you only have to do it once.
Eating a variety of foods will ensure that you get a spread of vitamins and minerals over the week.
There are lots of gluten-free websites out there now with very easy recipes, I think you will find many more than you need 😁
