Here's a gluten free apple cobbler slice that I made using buckwheat flour, plain white gf mix, ground almonds and flaked almonds for the base and crust.
I used 5 Bramley apples peeled cored and sliced with raisins sultanas chia seeds mixed spice with a little brown sugar. I stewed the fruit filling while I made the base and top.
I used a total pf 280g flour and ground almonds 140g organic butter 70g soft brown sugar. I sprinkled sesame seeds on top to give it extra crunch and I like them.
Baked for 30mins @ 175C and a further 10 mins 150C
