Here's what I baked and I used ground almonds with gf flour, coconut oil and coconut sugar for the topping, with 1Kg of Bramley alleles with currants, sultanas, chia seeds and cinnamon.
I use 200g nuts/flopur, 100g coconut oil, 50g coconut sugar and I whizzed it up and then mixed it with the fruit and sprinkled flaked almonds and sesame seeds on top before baking for about 45 mins.
This is gluten free, vegan and paleo and packed with lots of goodness...
I had it with some coconut cream and enjoyed it...
Looks lovely. Apple crumble (the old fatty floury kind) was probably my favourite dessert prior to trying to eat more healthily. Love the look of your nutty topping. Did you sweeten the apples?
