Hi all
Not been on in awhile , iv been recovering from a suspected fractured rib and my beloved bernese was dignosed with cancer and there was nothing that could be done and he had to be PTS.
Todays meals were
Breakfast- scrambled eggs, kale and a homade cheese sauce ( made of raw cream and raw cheese) with a cup of camu camu milkshake ( made with camu camu powder which gives me my daily Vit C and raw milk)
For lunch i had homade bread slices and bone broth ( also homade) hopefully the bone will help me recover but its been three weeks now.
Dinner tonight was steak, asparagus ( sorry if i spelt it wrong, homade chips and a mushroom sauce ( made of raw cream and chestnut mushrooms)
Iv not been snacking as much as i normally do the only snack i had was 4 homade chocolate truffles that i made from raw cacao powder. I find that having homade sauces on my meals or having a fat sorce helps keep me full.
