As well as eating well its important to have enough exercise and here's where I went for a walk this afternoon. It's a fishing lake in the forest owned by the forestry commission and there were quite a few birds that are keen on fish here including some greylag geese which are the largest geese in the UK.
My average heart rate was 85 bpm ranging from 65 - 121 it was 4.6 miles and I took 9200 steps it was a lovely afternoon for a walk especially somewhere as nice as this, making a very healthy way to spend a couple of hours on a sunny afternoon.
My BMI is 20.2 and as it was in the 19's most of last year I'm very pleased with this. π
