Every single time I eat I get extremely sleepy. Started a month ago. I mean I already have chronic fatigue and chronic pain. Now this? I noticed it on the second week it started. I ate and I'm not eating crazy amount. I slept from lunch til 4:10 I couldn't believe the time! It was total shock. My blood test are fine. Please help me find out what this is?

Hi demoD777
It would be wise to discuss your symptoms with your GP or medical practitioner - but in the meantime, there are similar threads that you could look at, for example this one has quite a few replies:

Simple carbs, like 99% of supermarket bread, pizzas, pies etc can cause this esp when accompanied by fat, eg cheese. What do your meals look like?
You may be unknowingly triggering an inflammatory 🔥 response in your body, demoD777, by what you’re ingesting? 🤔
Once triggered, the inflammatory 🔥 response can cascade ⛲️ throughout our body (pardon 🙏 my simple laymen’s terms), which results in fatigue 😞 / sleepiness 😴 / drowsiness 😑 . . .
If you already have "chronic fatigue & chronic pain", it seems you already have constant inflammation 🔥 brewing on continual simmer ♨️ within your body? 🤔
As andyswarbs insightfully queried, it may be a good idea to look at what you’re eating. 👍👍
What you’re putting in your mouth 👄 , may well be turning the flame on HIGH 🔥🔥🔥 (triggering’ your body’s inflammatory 🔥 response, cascading throughout your body) & sending you off to sleep. 😴
Merely ‘food for thought’ 🤔💭 , demoD777.
Hoping you & your physician 👩⚕️ , find root of chronic fatigue, chronic pain, & sleepiness after eating.
😌 🙏 🍀 🌺 🌞

Try changing your diet to Plant Based. Watch, “Forks Over Knives”. Its on Netflix or I think there is a small charge for it on Youtube. Changed my life.
👍👍 , Gracy1! ☺️

While diet could be an influencing factors here, if your symptoms came on suddenly, and you had no changes to your diet at that time, I think you need to discuss this with your doctor.
I think you should discuss this with your doctor before you embark on any new dietary changes too, because you won't be able to distinguish between withdrawal symptoms of the new diet, compared to symptoms of an underlying illness.
If your doctor finds nothing underlying, please come back, and we'll happily suggest some diet changes for you
Edit: Also, if you're in England you should be able to get copies of your blood test results. I'd be particularly interested to know your thyroid levels, vitamin D, ferritin and whether you were tested fir diabetes. Doctors will often tell you you're 'normal' when in fact you're borderline. It's almost worse being borderline, because you'll have all the symptoms, but your GP won't treat you.
Do you suffer from memory loss when this happens?
I have this too. They are currently biopsying my thyroid and checking me for adrenal insufficiency. I also found out that I have alpha-gal at the same time this started.
