I'm pretty sure i was eating too much fibre which caused IBS-like symptoms, mainly constipation and sinus problems, as well as breakouts on my skin even though i was eating really healthy. I don't know if i should try cut out most fibre for a while or what? It's hard to cut out fibre and still eat healthy so i don't know what to do.

I was eating too much fibre?
Hi healthiskey ,
The information on fibre in NHS choices is here, and it does suggest increasing fibre 'gradually' so your body gets used to it, and also ensuring you drink sufficient water - so maybe that is something to consider?
Copied and pasted from that source:
"If you need to increase your fibre intake, it's important that you do so gradually. A sudden increase may make you produce more wind (flatulence), leave you feeling bloated, and cause stomach cramps.
It's also important to make sure you drink plenty of fluid. You should drink approximately 1.2 litres (six to eight glasses) of fluid a day, or more while exercising or when it's hot."

Are you drinking enogh ?
How much fibre are you actually getting per day? Have you tried keeping a food diary to record your actual intake. Most people don't eat enough fibre rather than too much.
Have you tried cutting down on milk. I suffered constipation and bad sinus problems - both massively improved since I reduced the amount of milk I have.
