Does anyone have any good examples of low carb quick breaksfasts/lunches with the amount of carbs? Been doing a lot of reading also looking on the daily diary and slowly learning but any ideas on here would be hugely appreciated!!!

What sort of carb level are you aiming for? I made this cake last week, which I think is relatively low carb (I reduced the chocolate, and think raspberries could be used instead): bakerita.com/paleo-chocolat...
Or this may also fit your criteria: justpaleofood.com/coconut-p... (it doesn't need all that maple syrup)
You could also consider chia pots or yoghurt and berries.
