thats the milk diet over for another 2 weeks so back to meal prep first lot done new spuds chicken and peas

to hot for me just sitting here in the flat lol

i could eat them all now after not eating any food for 2 weeks

This is the sort of thing i want to take to work.

What chicken did you get?

Is this all cooked then i take it you froze them?

i just get packs of breast cook in the oven then as you can see slice them up in put them in the fridge at meal time i just put in the microwave 3mins never had a problem but i do know of some ppl that freeze them but mine last the week in the fridge just fine
