I'm more on the underweight side. Not trying to lose weight and would more think gaining would maybe be better for me but I get overwhelmed easily. Cooking 😔.

Hi BELAwesome ,

Welcome to the Healthy eating forum. I hope you'll enjoy being part of this community. I wondered if you might find the Change4Life recipe website helpful, as it has some relatively simple recipes that you could try to make - and hopefully your confidence will grow as you experiment and try a few things out.

Here is a link if you'd like to take a look:

At the moment I'm similiar to you. I quite like stir fried and you can add many things, ive even used frozen vegetables to not chop up, I also have ME and get very fatigue.

Stir fries I meant. Now these may not be strictly healthy but depends a bit on what you use, what ingredients and I know you're not trying to lose weight

Stir fry is one of my favourites, though I haven't made it much recently. Would be good probably if I get back into it.

I like Asian foods, though I'm not Asian myself but there's a lot of vegetables which is healthy and nice flavours.

I'm in process of getting diagnosed. I have a lot of health struggles as well. Pretty similar. I'm tired a lot of the time as well.

Thank you. I'm actually from Canada so it's different restaurants but the general ideas make sense.
