Feeling happy and motivated. My strategy of healthier eating and gym work is having the desired outcome. 10.4 lbs down in 32 days. Losing fat and getting fitter every day.

Thank you for your message. I started eating healthily and trying to lose weight on 24th December. A difficult time to start but I like to be challenged.

Way to go Fitter-At-50. It does feel a little miraculous. Four months after starting the couch to 5K NHS programme, Idid a 5.5 km run this morning. Record speed and record distance. I am 26 pounds down (12kg). Keep it up. Even when I have "slacked off" from 3 runs per week to one run this last 3 weeks, I continue to lose weight.

Great job Mercmancouchto5k . Running is the one thing I doubt I’d do. I have mobility difficulties but I do use an exercise bike at the gym and walk using a walking stick
