Great start! I am sure you will stick to your choices once you reset your mind to love them. It is an adjustment. I was raised on very healthy wholesome home cooked food. My parents really familiarized me to the feel, smell and tastes of fresh vegetable, fruits, fishes and amazing dishes that can be cooked from them. As a result I never had the satisfaction from any processed food that ever exist. I think once you are used to the freshness and taste of good food, you will always stick to it. Although, I had a period in my life where I started eating a lot of fast food, as it was so unsatisfying, I quickly learned the skill of cooking with time constrains. Did you know if you cooked the food yourself the portion sizes always shrink? Mostly, because of all the aroma from cooking that fills your brain with satisfaction for a while. You will think you would eat a lot but you won't be able to.
