Here's what I had tonight, its red lentil fusili which is an amazing deep colour, the packets in the background.
I realised how tasty roasted seeds were when I started putting them on home baked bread, they don't take long to toast and have such an amazing taste and flavour and are very healthy so it's win win.
I cooked broccoli cauliflower carrots white onion with golden linseeds chia seeds ginger turmeric black pepper nutritional yeast and GF yeast extract and I scattered some toasted seeds on them.
You can buy Pepitas which are shelled pumpkins seeds roasted and they're an amazing ready made snack.
