Start out with very sharp super paring knife , like Rada longer parer knife , simply amazing and cheep. The grab an onion or two and dice. Then bag of red potatoes. Paparica eat and this acts like a health boat to carry the goods. Dulse Flakes, parsley , RED BOAT fish sauce, and other items like Ghee, Beef tallow , and who knows what can be hidden in a tasty onion and potato skillet dish.
