Hello everyone,
Here's what I baked for dinner tonight its a potato galette made by lining a dish with thin slices of potato in the skins then onion mushrooms and tomatoes with dill and parsley all lightly tenderised in a little olive oil spread on top with grated strong cheddar cheese and then a another layer of potatoes with a little melted butter and the remaining grated cheese on top. Baked at 175C for approx 50 mins.
I love potatoes cooked like this and it's much easier than pastry so is a great gluten free alternative to a pie, I had it with some peas and carrots.
