Hi everyone,
I made a sandwich with 2 slices of wholemeal bread, so that in one part I had some cheese, and in the other I had some left-over cold duck (from last night's meal) - I put some wholegrain mustard with the duck, and I had some roasted cashew nuts and a tomato and half a pickled onion (on the side). We only had 1 pickled onion left, so I shared it with my hubby.
Afterwards I enjoyed a homemade Apple Muffin with a cup of coffee. Lovely.
