hi grace, you did speak to me a week ago☺
i live in thailand so we are 6/7 hours ahead of you in the UK.
your crispy skin sea bass sounds very nice..i am lucky that i live next to the sea and to a big fish market. so we tend to eat a lot of sea food.
would love to know how you get the sea bass skin crispy am sure we would all love it.
xx😊
i use google to help me to cook as im not an expert and this is what i do. Season the fish with a little salt and pepper just before cooking. Heat the frying pan until very hot, then add 2 tbsp oil. Lay the fish fillets in the pan, skin-side down. As soon as it goes in, press each fillet down with your fingers or a fish slice to stop it from curling up. I hope this is helpful. haloa xoxoxo
Fried Garlic and paprika crickets! Had it at a restaurant which is insect theme. Very delicious and I must say, after doing some research, very high in protein
