Hi everyone,
Here's a patty I made by grating sweet potato added diced parsnip and finely chopped hot chilli mixed with ground almonds gram flour (chick pea flour) and chia seeds and I added a little stock as I par cooked the parsnips with ginger and black pepper. I shaped them and coated in gram flour before cooking in olive oil.
I had a large one with a baked vine tomato and some stir fry oil a peanut butter sauce.
Its was a bit filling but thats OK...π
