I'm a 57 year old looking for ways to eat healthier and get my body back to what it was before having kids. I love to learn different things. I love to help others

Hi splashbutch, firstly well done for joining us and thank you for introducing your self.

You're in good company on here for all things healthy eating and exercise as the 2 go hand in hand.

We have lots of topic sections with lots of healthy meal ideas for all diets and we love photo's of members meals and food.

Really my advice would be to look at your favourite meals and look at how to make them healthier and try and have regular exercise and you should be able to lose weight and I'd not rush it but gradually adjust your diet/lifestyle so that it is not only sustainable but enjoyable.

And if you go off track once and while the worst thing you can do is beat yourself up over it.

here's 2 other forums that may interest you weight watchers and couch to 5K

Good luck and you've taken the first step of many now,

Jerry 😊
