Home made gluten free biscuits with ground almonds flaked almonds and coconut oil, 🌞

Hi everyone,

Here's some biscuits I made using ground almonds and plain gf flour with coconut oil and coconut sugar and I put more flaked almonds on top. I like treats like this as they still pack a punch nutritionally and I see these like energy bars...packed with goodness.

You get a hint of the coconut too and I like that. 😊

Thanks Henbur, I make a few variations using nuts and or seeds with GF flour:

I made these using;

225g GF flour

50g ground almonds

25g flaked almonds

200g coconut oil

100g coconut sugar

2 free range eggs

Mix all ingredients and whiz up in a food processor spread in a baking tray and bake for approx 35mins at 160C

They are GF and dairy free.

Thanks Leah, they take minutes to weigh everything and then whiz together and they take around 35 mins to bake. 😊
