Here's some biscuits I made using ground almonds and plain gf flour with coconut oil and coconut sugar and I put more flaked almonds on top. I like treats like this as they still pack a punch nutritionally and I see these like energy bars...packed with goodness.
You get a hint of the coconut too and I like that. π
