I'll look forward to seeing your photo tomorrow, and I hope it is a delicious meal - I looked up 'Chayote' and they also called it 'vegetable pear' so that sounds very enticing.

I'm really not keen on these, although I do eat them occasionally. I can't quite put my finger on why I don't like them - they're so bland as to be inoffensive - but maybe they'll be OK with tomatoes and cheese! Let us know how it turns out.

I forgot he cheese, but you helped me out , I tripled he garlic and chilies using 3 different kinds. Thanks
