Sometimes, I go months with barely eating. Other times, I eat and eat, but I'm small and I am not overweight. I would like help eating heathier. I'm 18 and in the marching band. I just want to eat better and not so many fattening foods. That would help me becuse I'm in like a sport, you could say.

People tend to eat more when they are calorie deficient. They try to count calories in the, I think, mistaken belief that less calories will help them lose weight. Of course a calorie deficiency for your body/age/sport will lose some weight, but eventually the body says no and more food is eaten, usually known as binge eating.
That kind of description doesn't quite fit what you describe but is it close?
