Incontinence is related to insufficient fibre in your diet. Heart attacks and strokes are related to consuming meat/fish (even in small amounts) over the long term. A whole food plant based diet has been the ONLY diet to reverse atherosclerosis and anything you can do to move towards that type of life style will help.

Depending on your existing lifestyle, medication and other health issues moving in this direction may take some time, perhaps years to adjust. I would not wish to describe my recommendation as a panacea. But anything you can do to move your diet in that direction is what my advice is.

if you want to know more do ask.

Hi bertieme

Do check with your GP to see if you have a bladder infection, as Rosiesmummy has said. What you eat is unlikely to have any effect, as far as I know.

You could also try improving your pelvic floor muscles through exercise. I have found them very effective, but you must do them regularly to maintain the muscle tone. I do the exercises as part of Pilates.
