Please some advice. I lost 70lbs. Now when I eat about 30 minutes after I could be sitting talking to my husband or kids and however I'm sitting I pass straight out like I'm in a coma and I'm unwakeable. Scares my family to death. They checked me for narcolepsy not that. I do have hypoglycemic. I am also insulin resistance. My A1C is fine. Had a diabetic fasting done fine. Has anyone heard of adrenalin fatigue? I would like to go to a homeopathic doctor because they specialize in autoimmune disorders.
Any other ideas?

Adrenal fatigue usually seems to be associated with stress.
If you are Hypoglycemic and insulin resistant, this could suggest that your blood sugars are being affected by the food you eat. Perhaps have a look at The Blood Sugar Diet by Michael Mosley?
If you are concerned about autoimmune disorders, perhaps have a look at Sarah Ballantyne on line. If you are looking for alternatives to conventional doctors, you could look for someone who practises Functional Medicine.
Has your doctor discussed counting carbs. with you at a recent appointment? How many carbs. do you eat at each meal/snack? If you eat too many carbs., the blood sugar can go high (hyperglycemia).
I would recommend you cut down on refined foods, especially refined carbs and even more especially when these are loaded with fats. So that means no pizza, no cheesecake, no croissant, no meat in breadcrumbs, no supermarket bread (since 99.999% of this is refined)
Migrate towards whole foods and more refreshing plant foods. Lots of leafy green salad, lots of colour in your foods. Aim for a range of bright colours of fresh food in every meal. So red could be raspberries. yellow might be melon. green could be broccoli, orange could be carrots etc etc.
