Crunchy Veggie Hot Pot 🥘

Hi everyone,

This is what I cooked for tonight and its a hot pot with sliced white and sweet potato on top with pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds, I thought everyone is putting seeds on their porridge and salads, so I'll have some nice and crunchy on a hot pot and it came out OK.

I like sesame seeds on bread and biscuits as they're nice and crunchy and they pack a nice little punch of calcium too...
