Welcome to the Healthy eating forum, and I would like to wish you success with your weight loss plans, and I hope you find some nice recipes - there are lots of ideas in our Topics section, and I would also like to suggest having a look at the "NHS weight loss" forum - also on Health Unlocked, as there is a lot of support on the weight loss side of things there - including free weigh-in groups (online) - very supportive!
