I’ve been pretty busy this week, so I haven’t been on here much 😕 Anyway, here is a picture of my dinner tonight! This is another way to use Ezekiel bread, or any type of tortilla of choice. I made a healthy chicken pizza tonight with parm asparagus and zucchini. I usually use turkey pepperonis for the pizza, but I have a lot of left over chicken so I decided to try it with that. It turned out to be delicious! For reference, this dinner is under 550 calories.
