Hi folks, I like having a roast during the week sometimes as I've plenty of cooked food for a couple of days and I tonight I had roast chicken breast with a cream of mushroom sauce made with baby chestnut mushrooms garlic and white onion, the sauce I made with plain gluten free flour, 1/2 stock 1/2 milk and parsley and black pepper.
I also roasted potato with sweet potato and baked tomato and I had steamed tender stem purple flowering broccoli with baby leeks and green beans.
I seasoned the chicken breast with ginger and black pepper and it went down a treat. I also love the smell when its all cooking...
