Today, I woke up a bit earlier, so I was able to make lunch at a reasonable time! I had my usual organic oatmeal with vanilla protein, cocoa powder, frozen blueberries, frozen cherries, and walnuts for breakfast. For my lunch, I had what is pictured:

4 egg whites

Cheddar cheese

Mushrooms

Spinach

2 slices of turkey bacon

1 banana

All organic, cage-free, non-GMO! 😊 A little bit sloppy because I am always in a rush, but it’s the taste that matters most 😋
