If you're sun deprived & need to supplement, make sure you're taking vitamin D3 cholecalciferol, NOT synthetic D2 ergocalciferol. Check the amount you take is appropriate for your size, etc.

Great little video bad-hare. Thanks. About all my brain could take in at the momentPain certainly does mess with brain functioning. Wish there was a pain altering hormone.

I thought the body was able to convert d2 to d3? Am I wrong?
Not very well, andyswarbs . ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl... If you do a websearch D3 vs D2, there's lots of articles & websites stating natural is better than synthetic.
Despite very high intake from fortified vegan milks & a D2 supplement, I became ill, with very low vitamin D being an issue, so I found this out the hard way. There are several types of vegan D3 available. A few folks I know use a spray, though I've stuck to a daily D3 tablet. I've found a 5,000mcg a day on a cheap brand, ok, & I'm swapping to 2,500 Cytoplan once I can get a little sunshine. I'll be monitoring the swap carefully as I was floored after a few weeks on their B12, though it's reported to be a good company. You might find it helps boost your RA WFPB regime, as it's good for autoimmune disorders.
Very interesting, thank you. I was expecting a video on bone health!
Having read the paper on Vit D, the idea that it may also have a role in improving gut permeability is certainly very encouraging for anyone with an autoimmune disorder.
