Good morning! Let's start the meeting.
To start with, is everyone here that said they were going to attend?
If so, we will start with the issue about this coming August. For those who attended last month's meeting, you know I will be on a minivacation the week of August 20th-25th.

For the week of August 20th-25th, I have gotten a substitute to go between the DI and HE groups while I'm away. HOBIEONE is going to help and cure and Hidden will be in charge of DI and HE. If there is a problem, please let them know.

This includes reports of spam/trolling/etc.. cure and Hidden will take care of the reports after you see something that looks like spam.
The spam in HE usually happens when it's night time here India where I am located
Some comes during the day, too.
I think HOBIEONE is from UK 5.30 hrs behind India... so he will be great help...

Spam has been popping up a lot in the last few days on DI and HE. Please report all of the spam you see either in postings or on comments. No one should be afraid to say or click to report.
Along with the spam, please also let us know if there are any and all glitches. The glitch we had recently for notifications had been taken care of a little while ago. I had sent HU a message about that one and they took care of it (I personally wasn't getting notifications).
If there are anyone else having the notification glitch still, we can let HU know after the meeting today.
I don't know if this counts as a glitch, but I have to refresh the page every time to see the new post
That's an ongoing glitch. It also happens on the PM section for HU. I will let HU know and see when they can have the Tech Team deal with it.

We have a lot of NEW members for all 3 groups. I'm trying to put together the list and update it as much as I can. I'm going to try and get it updated later today.
Repeated warning should be given to diliquent member before restricting / banning him.
How many times should the person be warned? It also depends on the situation. If someone writes or says something that is very serious, they will be told by HU that they are banned. Restriction is done by the Admins. for each group.

Exactly. No fighting/cultural differences. We want the group(s) to be peaceful and everyone gets along and works together.
well...I think when some one doesn't agree with post...due to non availability of disagreement button...he goes on replying and scuffle ensues...
