Tomorrow I’ve planned a breakfast dinner for the family, I was thinking two potato waffles, baked beans, roasted tomatoes, poached eggs. Just sorting out how much of each to stay within my calories.

I sometimes have omelettes and yogurt with nuts on the side for dinner/lunch on the weekend. Really great!😀👍
I had some lovely vegan breakfasts on holiday last year: saiteed potato & shallots with baby spinach leaves, baked tomato, avocado, fruit, sunflower seed wholemeal bread & fresh jam.
I also like sauteed potato & onion with cavolo nero (black kale) & a sprinkle of cheese.
Oat & cottage cheese, or buckwheat pancakes are nice, quick, & high in protein,
